WHICH DELIVERY SERVICES DO YOU USE?
In most cases pretty much every order is shipped from our Cremorne Location, we work closely with our suppliers in order to have the product directly shipped to you from their warehouse of that means you will get the product faster. We use Fastways Express Premium, Australia Post E-Parcel for Shipping. We can also ship orders via TOLL if needed.
HOW SOON WILL YOU SEND THE GOODS?
On Average, we require 2-3 business days handling time before they are shipped to ensure we have stock and we send you the correct item. Afterpay and Zippay orders require an additional 1 or two business days. So once you have ordered please be patient and you will receive your order as fast as possible. Once an order is shipped we have NO CONTROL over the transit times.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE THE GOODS?
Fastways are very quick Metro Cities is only 1-2 business days. Australia Post E-Parcel Standard Shipping is 4-5 business days. If you want lightning fast CONTACT US.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY OTHER COSTS?
Australian customers have no other costs to pay. International Customers may incur local customs, taxes or duties. Every country has different taxes, duties and customs fees, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to investigate your local import laws, and pay any local costs related to importing this item.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME?
If you are not home, Australia Post should leave a card in your letterbox, with instructions to pick up the parcel from your local post office. For couriers, they will leave a card with instructions to arrange re-delivery, or pick up from their depot.
WHAT IF THE GOODS DON’T ARRIVE WITHIN THE EXPECTED TIME?
Often the delivery has been attempted, and goods have been taken to the local post office or courier depot. Check your tracking number for your status. If they don’t have your parcel, call us, email us, and we will find out where it is. Please Note as you can understand once an order is shipped with tracking number that’s all we can control, if in-case you haven’t received your order in time CONTACT US and we will track it down and sort it out for you. Our Team’s job is to make sure every single customer is super happy with their purchases from SBP.

- Customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges.
30% Restocking Fee Applies to all “change of mind” returns and “incorrect size” purchases. No exceptions, please don't threaten us with fair trading complaints. Just go for it and don't message us about that. thank you
- For warranty claims please contact us. While Street Bike Parts will assist international customers with warranty claims, items may need to be shipped to us for inspection or repair. The customer will be responsible for these additional back and forth shipping charges.
